We could definitely use better design options if we’re going to try to add more features to our products. Just don’t do it.
Product and service design is a difficult topic to cover here because it is not simply design. It is also a very broad topic.
It’s been said that each and every person who visits our site uses a different language. We all use a few words for a single sentence and we don’t use a lot of words when we do. So, we have all the tools in our arsenal to make sure we are using the right words and phrases for the right purpose, and a good way to do that is to use the language of these users who’ve visited our site.

I see a lot of talk in this industry about products not being successful when they arent. I’m not suggesting that you should use the word “failure” in your marketing, but it’s really the word that is going to make people question whether your product is successful. If you use the wrong words, then people wont be able to get what you are selling.
I think it would be better to use more keywords, though I think the word “failure” would be the better word. If you don’t use any keywords, then the problem isn’t in your product or service, but in your marketing.
To use a phrase that I often use, being successful when they arent is like using a hammer when it looks like a nail. It will make the nail fall short of the job, since people wont know what to do with the hammer.
