My husband and I are trying to teach our daughter how to sleep – sleep is a very important thing to learn. The past couple of weeks, we’ve been trying to teach her how to sleep. Sometimes we’ll go over to her bed and try to keep her there as long as possible. Other times, we’ll try to make her stay in the room we’ve been trying to teach her to sleep in until we’ve gotten her some sleep.
A lot of things can make a child want to sleep. Some of these are just natural behaviors. For example, we know when she takes a nap she starts to feel sleepy. We also know she’ll feel tired. So we give her a few minutes before we try to go to sleep to let her know that she has to stay awake and keep her eyes open to feel sleepy.
Now, for one thing, we know that she’s tired. But, what we don’t know is how she feels. That’s where the second hour is important. We know that she’s tired, but we don’t know if she feels sleepy. We can’t tell until she actually starts to feel sleepy. So we give her a few more minutes before we try to go to sleep, and we also make sure that she’s awake when we go to sleep.
In 8 minutes, all that we are doing will feel like we are out in the real world. That is, we will wake up, be on our way to work, get home, and be asleep. It will feel like we are in a dream.
So, in the real world, by the time you go to sleep, you will have been awake for at least 8 minutes. The point is to learn to be more aware of your surroundings so that you can get to sleep more quickly.
Sleep is like the equivalent of being awake for 8 minutes. You’re not going to suddenly feel sleepy and wake up, it will just be that you feel so refreshed that you don’t actually have to get out of bed. You just have to decide that you’re going to go to bed and not wake up. The same goes for waking up.
We all have a certain amount of time in which we are awake. When you are asleep, you are just not aware of what time it is. When you wake up, the moment you realize that you are awake is the moment you actually have to get out of bed. You are only awake for so long before you have to go to sleep again.
That’s all well and good, but the problem is that we typically get very busy trying to do the things we think we have to do. We want to accomplish the things that we want to accomplish, and that means doing what we think we have to do, even if it’s just to get dressed. Then, as soon as we’re done, we have to get dressed because we really have to.
We just can’t be in the same city or town as we are going to be. You can’t have a job, you can’t have a partner, you can’t have a house, you can’t have a car. All of these things are very time-consuming. But that is exactly why it is important to take time out for yourself. Doing something for yourself is the quickest way to getting back into a routine and is absolutely necessary.
