There are a few ways lean-agile leaders can show the world they are leaders by example.
I know I’m not being facetious, but my mind is full of shit.
The first is to start a movement/movement. Think of the first meeting you went to, how many times have you met a leader who has led a movement or movement in his or her own words? Leaders can also lead by example by giving a presentation where they show their leadership skills. The second way is to start doing something. I like to start by starting a blog, or writing an article. This may seem silly, but it really does work.
