From self-awareness to self-actualization, each of these terms have to do with growing with the pace of life. It’s all a part of the journey that we all embark on together. We can’t be successful at the same level as our friends if we aren’t growing with the same level of self-awareness. It’s the same way that you can’t be successful at your job if you aren’t growing.

Its the same way that you cant be successful at your job if you dont realize that you have potential for growth. One of the steps we take in life is to realize what we can do and what we cant do.

By the time we are thirty, we understand that we don’t have to be 100% perfect. We are not perfect, but we do have enough potential to make the best of the potential given to us. To keep the momentum of growth, we need to start from making the best of our potential. When we do our best work, we learn about ourselves and the skills that we have that we can apply to things we would always have wanted to do.

We’ve seen that having the most potential is crucial to getting any job done on the project. You will not get a job done if you have the least potential.
